



Crunchyroll Rebrand
A year in the making. We were brought into help rebrand Cruncyroll with a specific challenge. Future proof the brand so that it’s relevant for the next 10 years. A daunting task that uncovered some new approaches to how we look at brand development. We discovered that glyphs could provide authenticity of Anime culture for a fanbaase exceptionally picky.
We realized that we had developed a trojan horse of sorts for the brand. That by adopting a broad language of ever developing Glyphs ( which Japanese designers can continue to add to ) the brand will continue to grow and develop.
